TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Sweet and inviting with aromas of toasted nuts, vanilla pod, honey and orchard fruits 

PALATE: Rich and rounded with layers of shortbread biscuits, baked apples, milk chocolate, and Brazil nuts structured with toasty wood spices. 
 
FINISH: Nutty and warming with notes of cacao, roast hazelnuts and espresso coffee, leaving a long, cosy linger.

Dingolfi [Din-gol-fee] is a tribute to the raw power of the North Sea meeting the ancient Highland crags.

Inspired by the Old Norse "Dingulfr"—The Assembly of the Wolf—this single malt represents the intersection of strength and kinship. It is the liquid legacy of a place where clans and seafarers once gathered to trade stories and find warmth against the northern gale. 

In the rugged north of Scotland, where Norse seafarers once met Highland clans, cultures merged and legends were born.

From this meeting of strength and heritage comes the name Dingolfi — inspired by ancient Nordic elements meaning “assembly” and “wolf.”
